How MyGLP1Store handles order processing, shipping rates, delivery timelines, tracking and shipment-related support requests.
1. Shipping rates and carriers
- Ground — Flat rate, anywhere in the US
- 2-Day — Flat rate, anywhere in the US
- Next Day — Flat rate, anywhere in the US
Choose your shipping speed at checkout. Ground orders ship through USPS or UPS — we choose whichever carrier offers the better transit time to your address, and your tracking number will show which one has your package.
2. Order processing
Same-day shipping cutoff: 2:00 PM ET. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM ET are packed and handed to the carrier the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after the cutoff go out the following business day.
Most orders are processed and on their way within 24 hours.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary with order volume, product availability, holidays, weather or operational requirements.
3. Shipping confirmation
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information may be provided by email or through the order status page when available.
4. Delivery timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on the carrier, destination, weather and overall carrier volume. MyGLP1Store does not guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been handed to the carrier.
5. Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. MyGLP1Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address information.
6. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If a shipment is delayed, damaged or appears to be lost, contact us with the order number, tracking details and clear supporting images where applicable so we can review it.
Because peptide and research compound orders are final sale, shipment-related resolutions are reviewed case by case. Reshipments or store credit may be considered depending on carrier status and the details of the case. Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Shipping restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally purchased, received and used for research purposes in their location. MyGLP1Store reserves the right to cancel, restrict or refuse orders when required by operational, legal, regulatory or carrier-related limitations.
8. Policy updates
MyGLP1Store reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
